Mistral opened it’s doors in 2018 and is located in the heart of Punda. Since then, Mistral has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of the local and Latin American cuisine.
Mistral’s interior and exterior was designed by a collective of local artists inspired by the literary work of Latin American writers. In this way reflcting the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to poet Gabriela Mistral’s storied past. The restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by visiting the pintoresque streets of Punda, but also the mixologists create delicious concoctions in front of you and live performances of various local artists ranging from life paintings, to theater and live music.
