3. How do I buy a DushiDeal?

Choose your DushiDeal and press “ADD TO CART”! You will be forwarded to a shopping cart. Check your cart content and proceed to the online payment of choice iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or local bank transfer. If you have any troubles, please contact us by mail or phone 6922404. We will happily assist you with placing an order.

4. How do I get my DushiDeal-coupon?

After the payment is made and processed in our payment system, you will receive an email with your coupon attached. Sometimes the coupon will be received in junkmail or spam.

5. I did not receive a coupon, how could this happen?

Please check the junkmail or spam the email account you have bought the coupon with. If you still can not find the coupon, please call 692204 or mail, we will happily assist you.

6. I have received the DushiDeals-coupon. What to do next?

Once you have received the coupon, you can use the DushiDeal (unless otherwise specified). In most cases, reservation is required. In the Fine Print on your coupon you can find details about making a reservation. Usually you will find a phone number and/or email address of the specific company. Bring your couponcode with you to the appointment.

7. I want to give my DushiDeal to a friend, but it is in my name.

You can just give the coupon to a friend or relative, it is not bound to a name. Or use your friends name to buy the coupon.

8. The DushiDeal has expired. What next?

Pay attention to the fine print! In this part is mentioned how long the coupon is valid. If the coupon is expired, please contact the specific company if you can still use your coupon or contact DushiDeals.

9. How can I pay online?

You can pay with iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or make a local bank transfer.

10. I do not have a PayPal, IDEAL, credit card or Curacaoan bank, but I do want to buy a DushiDeal. What do I have to do?

Contact us at 6922404 or send an email to We will send you our bank details and you can go to bank to have the money transferred to that account. Hereafter you will receive the coupon by email.

12. Is paying via DushiDeals safe?

At your data is confidential. We only need an email address on which you would like to receive the newsletter or your coupon. The payments of your DushiDeals are online via our website. This is in cooperation with PayPal and Rabobank Omnikassa which are highly secured online paying methods.

13. The system does not accept my Mastercard / Visa

This might be caused by the SecureCode you need for your payment. Please contact your bank to create your SecureCode or change it if you lost it. If you have access to another payment method, you can also try another payment method. If this does not work out, please call 6922404 or mail, we will happily assist you to place the order.

15. Does PayPal accept my credit card?

PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Also when these cards are issued at Curacao.

16. I have a prepaid Mastercard / Visa Credit Card, can I buy at DushiDeals?

A local prepaid card (debit card) with a Mastercard or Visa logo, is generally accepted. If your debit card is not accepted, you can choose another payment method. If you do not have access to another payment method, please call 6922404 or mail, we will happily assist you to place the order.

17. Are the prices including tourist tax?

It can be that a company, for example a hotel still charges you the tourist tax. If this is the case, it will be clearly mentioned before you buy the coupon (in “the fine print” of the respective DushiDeal). This will also be clearly on the coupon that you receive after your purchase.

19. Are all prices including OB?

All prices are including OB. You do not have to pay any extra money when you enjoy only the service specifically mentioned on your DushiDeals coupon. You are free to purchase extra services at the spot. This will not contain discount, unless specified otherwise in the Fine Print or Highlight of the DushiDeal.
