What is DushiDeals?
DushiDeals is an online discount website. We make sure you see the best and nicest deals on the island. This can be on products, activities, restaurants, wellness, tickets, hotels and so on! All our deals have a discount of minimal 50%.

What does it cost to register?
Registration at DushiDeals is free. U can subscribe for our newsletter for free. Then you will receive all deals per mail. 

Why do companies offer deals with discount?
Companies want you to get to know them and their products / services

How do I buy a DushiDeal?
Choose your DushiDeal and press “Buy Now”! You will be forwarded to a shopping cart. You can eiter check out as guest or register and proceed to the online payment. If you have any troubles, please contact us by mail or phone 6922404. We will happily assist you with placing an order.

How can I pay online?
You can use PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, iDeal or make a local bank transfer.

I do not have a PayPal, IDEAL, credit card or Curacaoan bank, but I do want to buy a DushiDeal. What do I have to do?
Contact us at 6922404 or send an email to info@dushideals.com. We will send you our bank details and you can transfer the money to that account. Hereafter you will receive the coupon by email

Is paying via DushiDeals safe?
At DushiDeals, your data is confidential! We only need an email-address on which you would like to receive the newsletter or coupon. The payments of your DushiDeals are online via our website. This is in cooperation with IDEAL, PayPal and Multisafepay which are highly secured online paying methods. Because IDEAL, Paypal and Multisafepay make the connection to your own bank, DushiDeals has no direct access to your confidential bank details.

The system does not accept my Mastercard / Visa 
This might be due to a credit card issued on Curacao. Please try another payment method. If you do not have access to another payment method, please call 692204 or mail, we will happily assist you to place the order.

I have an international Visa / Mastercard and I get the note “NOT AUTHORISED” and I need to fill in everything over again.
Unfortunately, your card is not accepted by the international payment service MultiSafePay. We advice you to create a free PayPal account or choose local bank transfer.

Does PayPal accept my credit card?
PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Also when these cards are issued at Curacao.

How do I get my DushiDeal-coupon?
After the payment is made and processed in our payment system, you will receive a coupon per mail. Sometimes the coupon will be received in Junkmail or spam. Also if you have registered at DushiDeals, you will also receive the coupon in your personal account, in the upper right corner of the website in “my account”.

I have a prepaid Mastercard / Visa Credit Card, can I buy at DushiDeals?
A local prepaid card (debit card) with a Mastercard or Visa logo, is generally not accepted. If your debit card is not accepted, you can choose another payment method. If you do not have access to another payment method, please call 692204 or mail, we will happily assist you to place the order.

Are all prices including OB?
All prices are including OB, so you do not have to pay any extra money when you had in the DushiDeals coupon at the company (if not mentioned at the Fine Print and on your coupon!)

Are the prices including service costs?
All prices are including service costs, so you do not have to pay these afterwards.

Are the prices including tourist tax?
It can be that a company, for example a hotel still charges you the tourist tax. If this is the case, it will be clearly mentioned before you buy the coupon (in “the fine print” of the respective DushiDeal). This will also be clearly on the coupon that you receive after your purchase.

I did not receive a coupon, how could this happen?
Please check the spambox of your emailaccount. If you still can not find the coupon,  please call 692204 or mail, we will happily assist you.

I have received the DushiDeals-coupon. What to do next?
Once you have received the coupon, you can use the DushiDeal (unless otherwise specified). In most cases, reservation is required. In the Fine Print on your coupon you can find details about making a reservation. Usually you will find a phone number and/or emailaddress of the specific company. Bring your printed coupon with you to the appointment.

The DushiDeal has expired. What next?
Pay attention to the fine print! In this part is mentioned how long the coupon is valid. If the coupon is expired, unfortunately you cannot use it anymore.

I want to give my DushiDeal to a friend, but it is in my name.
You can just give the coupon to a friend or relative, it is not bound to a name. Or choose 'Buy it for a friend' and send the coupon directly to the emailaddress of your friend.

How do I unsubsribe from the newsletter
Go to our newsletter in your inbox, scroll down and click on the blue link SafeUnsubscribe^TM. Verify your email address. Hereafter you are unsubscribed from the DushiDeals newsletter.
