Kuawanna Thompson is a highly experienced and dedicated yoga instructor based in the USA. With an extensive background in various forms of yoga, including Vinyasa, Yin, restorative, Pranayama, and meditation, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the practice. Kuawanna also has a keen interest in Ayurveda, having recently embarked on the journey of training in Panchakarma cleaning techniques in Kerala, India.
