Olas y Copas is a family business. Their story began in 1999 when we migrated from our homeland, Chile, to what was a little known island off the coast of Venezuela in hopes of a better life. In our time here we’ve experienced many things, hardships, prosperity, but most importantly we’ve experienced growth. They opened our first restaurant, La Boheme, in 2015 with little knowledge as to how to run a restaurant. They grew slowly, but surely. Ever since, we’ve opened more restaurants, Olas & Copas, and recently, Santa Anna. Just as they’ve grown, their love for Curacao has grown. And they strive to continue bringing life to our island every step of the way.
To them, their restaurants are not just about the food. They are about the experience that they serve alongside your meal. From the music, to the drinks, down to even the conversations you have with the staff, they want to make the experience of dining as enriching as possible.
